Classes

Seven disciplines, 57 classes a week.

Every class below is open to somebody taking it for the first time, and the ones called Basics or Foundations are built for exactly that. Drop-in is thirty dollars. A membership covers all of it.

CLASSES-03 · 131:86 Horizontal shot of the mirrored dance room with the ceiling lights on and the floor freshly swept, speaker stack at the left, doors open to the hall.

Before you come

Booking
Every class is booked by name and by time. Walking in works when the class has room, and the small ones often do not.
Smallest rooms
Aerial Flow Intermediate holds ten and the sauna sessions hold six. Those fill first.
Kit
Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, gloves, and wraps are here. Bring a towel and something to drink.
Arriving
Come ten minutes early on a first class so somebody can show you where things are.

Thirty a class, or two hundred for all of them.
