You get the whole hour with the therapist who evaluated you. No aide runs your exercises and no other patient is on the table at the same time.

The first visit

    We take a history and watch you move before anyone touches anything.

  2. 02

    You leave with a plan you can say out loud and two or three things to do.

  3. 03

    We tell you how many visits we think it takes. If that number is zero we say so.
