The Clinic at Soma
Start with what hurts.
We see people for pain, for food, for getting strong again, and for decisions that have been stuck a while. The first visit is an evaluation. It is free.
What brings people in
Find the one that sounds like you.
- Back and neck pain Pain along the spine that has outlasted rest.
- Shoulder and arm Reaching overhead, sleeping on it, carrying anything.
- Hip, knee, and ankle Stairs, squatting, and the first ten minutes of standing up.
- Running injuries Shin, knee, and foot pain that tracks with mileage.
- After surgery The months between a repair and trusting the limb again.
- Getting strong again You finished rehab and the plan stopped there.
- Weight and body composition The number moves and then it does not.
- Eating around training What to eat on a heavy day, and what to do the day after.
- Aging well Keeping the strength and the balance you have.
- Stuck on a decision Months of circling one question at work or at home.
What the free evaluation is.
It is a real appointment with the person who would treat you. We take a history, watch you move, and tell you what we think is going on.
You leave knowing whether we can help, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If the answer is that you do not need us, we say that instead.
