We run more yoga than anything else in the building. The room is heated for the vinyasa and hot classes and left cool for yin and restorative.

  • Warm Vinyasa Flow starts at 7 am on Tuesday and Thursday, which is the earliest class we teach.
  • Candlelight Yin runs 75 minutes on Friday evening and caps at 25 people.
  • Kundalini and Mantra appears four times a week, taught by Martha McAlpine on three of them.

  • 7:30 am Kundalini Yoga 60 min, Jai Saraswati

Bring

We keep mats, blocks, and straps in the room. Bring a towel for the heated classes and a bottle you can refill.

Level

Every yoga class on the schedule is open to a first timer. Nothing is sequenced so that a beginner has to sit out.
