Aerial and Acro

AERIAL-AND-ACRO-01 · 84:100 Vertical shot looking up at two lengths of aerial silk hanging in a tall room, rigging plate visible at the ceiling, crash mat below, daylight from a high window.

Aerial is taught on fabric rigged from the ceiling. Acro is taught on mats with one person balancing another, and there is a spotter for all of it.

  • Aerial Flow Basics caps at 14 people because that is how many rig points the room has.
  • Aerial Flow Intermediate caps at 10 and runs Monday at 6:15 pm.
  • AcroYoga Jam on Wednesday at 8:30 pm is open practice rather than a taught class.

Bring

Leggings or long shorts for silks, since the fabric grips skin and that hurts. No jewelry on your hands.

Level

Basics assumes no upper body strength on day one. The intermediate class assumes you have taken Basics for a while.

Your first class here costs nothing.
