Brazilian jiu jitsu, kickboxing

Martial Arts

MARTIAL-ARTS-01 · 131:86 Horizontal shot of the mat room from the doorway, mats swept and empty, bags racked along the right wall, overhead lights on.

Jiu jitsu is taught on mats with a partner. Kickboxing is taught on bags and pads, and nobody hits you back. Both start from the assumption that you have never done either one, which is true of most people who walk through the door.
